    You can input your weight when click the middle icon at bottom bar and click edit button.

    You can add food by click food icon at first left icon at bottom bar and click add food.

    You can add activity by click activity bottom at second left icon at bottom bat and click add activity.

 

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

 

    Gender and age are used for calculating appropriate calories needs per day.

    Height and weight are used for calculating Body Mass Index (BMI) and Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR).

    Recorded foods and activities for calculating the summery of calories and nutrients per day.

 

DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

 

    Food & Health is offline usage and keeps your information only in application. We cannot reach and disclose your information.

    You can setting the push notifications according to notice the food and activity schedule.
